As you can see from the advertising from previous post. .
I wanna take part in the
NIKE+ HUMAN RACE SINGAPORE

I want to overtake my past me. .
I want to do better than the past me. .
I'll do the very best if I can participant. .
I'll train up myself real hard. .
Cause I nv took TAT long distance run before. .
& it shud be my first RUN competition in my life. .
NONE in my schoolsss before. .
42.195KM I wasn't able to join. .
Den I shall challenge myself 10KM first &
make my attempt for greater challenge in the future. .

I was surfing net den when I saw tis RUN advertisement. .
SOMEWHERE I 4gt-ten where. .
My first reaction is to click it. .
& in the end I gt the feel to join. .
Though it costs 25 bucks when I tot is free. . LOLS. .
But it's okay, I'll save up. . I gonna make it. .

Nt too sure abt the gear though. .
Most prob I'll wear the jeasey tat they provide. .
Pant nt decided yet, shoes most prob my ex-sch one. .
Or maybe buy a new light weight shoes. .
Nt NIKE one, too ex for me den. . =(
My NYP towel & a portable mp3 player. .

I dun intend to win anything. .
& I noe is impossible lar. .
So many PROsss out dere sure wan to join too. .
& the prizes quite attractive to me too. . =)
Apart from getting experiences,
I'll do a good deed to
-WWF
-The UN Refugee Agency
-Lance Armstrong Foundation
I suppose them as non-profit (charity) foundations. .
Every step you run in the race
will count toward one of the three charities.

Isn't tat's cool?
$25 to get u a nice NIKE jeasey,
a COOL 10k run & being able to help the charity. .

I may not be able to complete the 10K run. .
at most I ran 4.4KM only. .
Few months ago in NYP stadium wif my frenz nor. .
So I'll train up in preparing for the race. .
&& I haven sign up. . Once I gt the 25bucks,
I'll rush to do so. . =)

Challenge to myself, which I nv did before. .
Dun afraid of failure, jus do my best. .
To the challenge I set myself. . =)

--03JUL @ 12pm to 2pm. .
--My 2hour lunch break den. . =)
--Get rough timing den. . (TESTING)

2. 3 laps jog @ Bukit Panjang Area
--04JUL @ after school hour (TESTING)

3. Jog @ BP to King Albert Park Mcdonald
--05JUL @ morning/afternoon (TESTING)

4. 3 laps run @ Bukit Panjang Area
--06JUL @ morning/evening

5. 10KM run @ NYP stadium
--See when I'm free next week. .
--Most prob MON or WED. .

Other training would be planned at a ltr time. .
Cause I may not even participant den. .
& exams coming soon. .
So I try my best to find slots bahs. .
