OUCH~~!!My both legs have been pain-ing since Tue. .
Due to the run I had on Monday nor. .
My 1st attempt to run 2 rounds around panjang estate. .
Usually only 1 round nia. .
Anyway, any of the 2 rounds oso broke my old record. .
Used to be 30min++ for that single round. .
Now,
1st round 26min 26sec. .
2nd round 29min 36sec. .
Okay la, I let my legs rest for this few days. .
Den Wed which is jus now,
I 4gt my legs hvn recover n I agree for badminton game. .
AAaaaa. . Cause majority vote to go de mahs. .
In the end, only 3 officially went to play nia. .
Me, BEECHIN & Tianfu nor. .
The other two rushing their project dere. .

I cannot run much around today. . HAHA. .
